Meet Dr Sham

I am a GP, Certified High Performance Coach, and transformational coach with a specialist interest in ADHD,Mental Health, nutritional psychiatry, and lifestyle medicine.

But more than my credentials, I am someone who has lived the experience of building a life back from the ground up.

​

I know what it feels like to be highly qualified, deeply capable, and yet completely disconnected from yourself. To be holding everything together on the outside whilst quietly falling apart on the inside. To lose your identity somewhere between the roles you play for everyone else.

​

To grieve. To rebuild. To find yourself again, and realise she was always there.

​

That is where my work was born.

​

I work with high achieving professional women who are done with surviving and ready to start thriving. Women who are successful by every external measure, yet feel a quiet whisper that there is another level available to them.

Not more achievement. More freedom. More depth. More of themselves.

My approach weaves together the science of high performance, the wisdom of lifestyle medicine, and the depth of transformational coaching. It is not about doing more. It is about becoming more aligned with who you actually are.

​

I am also a sole parent to my daughter, a woman of faith, and someone who is intentionally breaking generational patterns one day at a time. I bring all of that into this work.

Because the most powerful thing I can offer you is not just my expertise. It is the fact that I have walked this path too.
